The Timberlake Bay lakefront community located in Sevierville in the heart of East TN was released to the public in June 2009.
This dockable waterfront community consisted of 98 lots spread out over 80 acres. Amenities included an elaborate gated entrance with a waterfall feature, club house, swimming pool, onsite marina, common area nature trails, paved and curbed roads, underground power, water , and a centralized sewer system. Timberlake Bay offered ½ acre to 1 acre dockable lakefront tracts with long range water and mountain views.
The Grand Opening was yet another home run set by SEDG. In one amazing day we sold over 50 lakefront and interior lots at a project that had set silent for over two years. This project was taken on by SEDG at the height of the real estate market slide. With other developers going out of business all around us SEDG prevailed once again with another unbelievable lakefront event sale.
